The story: Is a dark fantasy with romance, first in a trilogy. It's about an assassin enslaved to a vampire lord whose world starts to go wrong when she's sent to kill a man and things don't go exactly to plan.

Mel's story: This is the third book my agent has shopped for me, one I wrote last year after not my greatest writing year.  But luckily she loved it and it caught some editor attention fast and sold!  I've learned a lot from the Cherries and Jenny's loops over the years so thank you to Jenny and all of you for being educational, inspiring and just plain entertaining!
